Kadinuo adopts a dual manufacturing model of "Extrusion/Compression Molding + Precision Machining." The process begins with the precise blending of raw materials to meet specific requirements, followed by shaping blanks using advanced extrusion lines or high-pressure presses to ensure uniform internal stress and stable physical properties. Subsequently, we utilize CNC machining centers, gantry milling machines, and injection molding equipment for precision subtractive manufacturing, achieving high-accuracy drilling, slotting, and complex custom shapes. Finally, every product undergoes rigorous quality inspection and dust-proof packaging to ensure full compliance with global export standards.
